Good reliable company .

Back in 2021 I had a 6ft composite garden gate fitted, which has been great, very robust, secure and still looks good. However, a few weeks ago the bottom hinge fixing came away from the wall and the gate was rendered unusable.

I rang Swan Gates on the morning this occured and got a very quick response to my plight - they came out on the day, and sorted it out. Great service and much appreciated. I was, and still am, very satisfied with the product and the service given by Dave and hios team. Highly recommended..

If there was a few more tradesmen like this, the world would be a lot better place thank you once again for service to die for keep up the good work.

We have an issue with a faulty underground motor. Came out. Disables both gate then was unable to sort the gates as busy up to Christmas so I fitted a motor myself

I wanted to write this review as the service has been outstanding.

Steve came and surveyed our gate system that we have had issues with since buying the house 3 years ago.

Steve came up with 3 options and diddnt try to over sell.

3 days later gates all serviced and running like never before.

We have used Swan Gates several times across the last couple of years, but yesterdays experience moved me to right this review. Damage to one of our gate sensors left our gates inoperable and expensive equipment exposed. Although under pressure from being fully booked and having committed jobs, the crew turned up and the gates had new sensors installed less than 3 hours from initial damage. I can’t praise the team enough, from the office down to the guys who made the repair, Very efficient, professional and great value for money. Essential elements to a long term relationship.
